Rates
Agency Rate: $95 per hour
This is the fee charged for managing ongoing client work. This includes preparation for client meetings, presentations, planning and media buying.
Creative Rate: $95 per hour
This is the per hour charge associated with creating new print, collateral, radio and interactive advertisements. Please contact us for Web site, HTML email and public relations pricing.
Media Commission: 15%
Media purchases made on behalf of a client includes a standard 15% commission payable to the agency.
All other production, including but not limited to studio costs, photography, retaining talent and printing costs includes a 10% commission. Please note though, that the agency does its best to negotiate the lowest possible rates for its clients, most times offsetting the commission due.
Small Business Packages
Brand Identity: $1,750
Creating a brand that sends a clear, focused message to your customers is critical. We start by creating a logo and then design business cards, stationary, and either one print piece or custom HTML e-mail.
Includes:
- Three logo design concepts (choose from one) with three rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design
- Three print or e-mail design concepts (choose from one) with three rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design
- Printing one business card, letterhead and envelopes (250 each)
Web Site Design: $1,450
If your customers can't find you on the web, chances are they won't find you at all. Introduce your business, inform people about your product or service or offer deals on your site and watch your customer base grow.
Includes:
- Three home page design concepts for a content management system (choose from one) with three rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design
- Up to five content pages (we will help optimize your content)
- One hour training session on how to update your site yourself
- Level one search engine optimization work
- One-year of hosting with site maintenance

HTML e-mail marketing: $550
Incorporating branded e-mail messages into your overall marketing strategy allows you to target a specific client list, promotes direct sales and generate customer loyalty and retention. Plus, it's effective. According to the Direct Marketing Association, in 2009 e-mail marketing is expected to generate a Return On Investment of $43.52 for every dollar spent on it.

- Three campaign concepts (choose from one) with three rounds of revisions to fine-tune your design
- Design using your existing logo and branding
- Copywriting
- Testing across multiple platforms
- Assistance with sending to your approved list through an e-mail marketing provider

Payment
A written estimate must be signed prior to the commencement of any job. One-half of the estimated fees are due at the beginning of each job. The remainder is due when the job has been completed.
